Master Yi is a direct counter for this build because he has true damage to shit on your armor and does so much damage with just one item...he's a melee AD Carry so be careful with this one, and just farm up and kill him with an all in...do try baiting his meditate then go all in for the kill.

Introduction (this won't be long~ :P )

Hello fellow summoners and welcome to my Tank Graves Top build. I normally play Graves as an ADC, but considering Graves has natural Tankiness from his passive and if you build this build you are a technical bruiser. I will Post pictures of game results later~

Items

Let's look at our items shall we :3
first I would go for Banshee's

or Randuin's

depending on who your laning with Second I'd go with Frozen heart

and boots

for mobility and CDR which really helps Graves shoot his all-in combo in teamfights it might not do as much damage as a tank, but it does do some damage, and can put the attention on you...trust me I know :P Third I'd finish do Randuin's

or Banshee's

again depending on the situation, and finish your boots

. After, I'd get an input for Frozen Mallet

and start buying towards Warmong's

Pros and Cons

Pros
-Naturally Tanky, because of his passive so as long as you stay in fight you get more tankyness
-Has High Damage and slows down with auto attacks

Cons
-Not very mobile
-Can get shut down easily by constant ganks

All in all this build is a fun thing to play and I hope everyone has a kick out of this one!
I know my other builds before this one made me sound rather like an idiot, but do check those out if you just want to read another mess xD .
