You can not beat him because even when striking with E or R he will dodge it with his E and then leap on you. You can not take him down due to his tankiness provided from his ultimate.

Champion Build Guide
Introduction
Hello guys. My name is PhantomTormentor and I main udyr since season 7. I know some of you guys are sceptical about this but trust me I know how to control him. I finished this season with 68% win rate of over 200 games with him.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- High movement speed (almost uncatchable late game)
- Very tanky mid-late game
- Great damage with tiger builds
- Very fun to play and a bit harder to master because people always forget how his stances are working when not activating.
Cons:
- No escapes
- Easy to stun
- Can be kited very easily
- Must be close to an enemy champion to deal damage
- Can be shut down really hard by a counter main.
