Runic Tablets = Rune Pages
Fire Power = Attack Damage
Bullet (also) = Attack Damage
Punch = Critical Chance
A Flintlock was a handheld gun which fired one shot at a time
Scumbag Minions = Enemy Minions
Scallywags would mean "junglers" in this case.

As ye can see from the stat calculator, the first build thar is lackin' in some fire power! It ain't even close to tha 300 physical hits we want! Tha runic tablets should give us some more fire power for me flintlock! Don't worry, the mastery pages haven't even been included in the stat overview. Good ole' MOBAFire tricks us again, am I right? The critical damage tablets also help with even more fire power! Talk about yer good olde plunderin'!

For the second runic tablet page, we focus more on the punch rather than the bullet! We get yer flintlock critical damage very high, and threw in some fire power for those early days in the sea life!

Dunt worry, both pages give ya some scalin' health for yer later days as a sea dog!

Ya haven't even seen fire power! Your Pages of Master focus mostly on offense for both of yer item builds! They give ya more fire power, and critical damage! They even give ya some health! Ya wanted armor penetration early? We got that fer ya too!

Not much of a difference between the two besides the choice of an extra Phantom Dancer fer more speed, or the blade we plundered from Youmuu's grave! Youmuu's Ghostblade! Youmuu's Ghostblade gives ye exactly 100% critical chance, but ye sacrifice some speed! It also give ye more fire power and some armor penetration! Thats what I like! Fer the Phantom Dancer, you get yerself more movement speed, but less fire power and armor penetration! This means ye can't focus on yer critical damage in yer runic tablets! Yer gonna need the fire power instead! And maybe some armor penetration!

Ye gotta play solo top with these builds! Ye can't play the role of a carry or support! Ye should be focusing on farming with yer Parrrley to get yer weapons! Last hit them scumbag minions, and ye should get lots of gold! Watch out fer those scallywags, becooz they like to walk 'round ya! Put up yer seein' eyes and ye should be alright! Ye should poke yer enemy, too! Make shur he can't kill yer minions.
