Why he's the mad is he
Singed descended from a long line of Zaun's revered chemists. Even in his youth, his talent for concocting potions far outstripped that of his peers, and he quickly distinguished himself from his less extraordinary chemist compatriots. It came as no surprise to anyone when he was selected for apprenticeship by the infamous Warwick, master apothecary on a lucrative retainer with the Noxian military during their campaign against Ionia. Within Warwick's laboratories, Singed toiled without end, rapidly absorbing every detail of his predecessor's deadly craft. Singed had little concern for the death and destruction that was the fruit of his labors. By the time the curse of lycanthropy descended to claim his master, Singed was poised and eager to make the transition from workhorse to innovator; he was ready to share his genius by bringing a new brand of suffering to the Ionian front. His zeal for progress was unquenchable, and when suitable test subjects proved to be in short supply, the eager chemist was often thought to turn his volatile mixtures on his own flesh.

Now I want to tell you a little bit about the Pro´s and Con´s by Singed.
Early game low damage
Magic Resist 30
Critical Chance 0%
Health Per 5 Sec 17
Mana Per 5 Sec 16.5
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration
This rune we use to increase the damage.
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
This two runes we use to reduce the incoming damage.
Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed
The most important rune for singed, because you always have to be faster than all other.
What do we need?
Speed - YES!
Tanky - YES!
What we get from our mastery? Both!
That's why our great mastery 1/21/8.
It is keeping a lot of damage, and you run 5% faster.
philosopher's stone we use as HP5 and MP5 at the beginning of the game are very useful. And we get more Gold and after 26 minutes it has paid for itself.
Boots of Swiftness We use these boots so we always have a little bit faster than any other.
catalyst the protector A very good item for Singed because it gives hp and mana, and additional Empowered Bulwark gives life.
Rod of Ages The coreitem for Singed. It gives hp and mana, and in addition give live again with Empowered Bulwark even more. Besides these, it brings a lot of what our ap who increases you Dmg.
Force of Nature
in the normally i prefer Force of Nature because of the increased running speed, but if the enemy team only has very strong ad champions you should decide for Frozen Heart
This is definitely the best Summoner skill which is available for Singed. Increased running speed to escape, or someone for a good catch with Fling
I prefer teleport, so if you go back to base u can port back into fight. And You are more mobily.
To farm with singed is the simplest of the world we activate Poison Trail and run to the minions. So we can afford more expensive items because we constantly kill large quantities of minions and get a nice farm.
