Introduction

alright so Skarner is a Tanky Hard engage champion who can drag enemy champions into your team for an easy pick, he also is pretty fast with his w and can slow/stun with his E and can get objectives like baron and dragon pretty fast. he also has a really high winrate in the 7.7 patch beating graves and hecarim.
