Hello and welcome to the guide
i recently started main skarner and i am in top 300 of eune with winrate ~65% as skarner jungle on gold-plat elo
FIRST JUNGLE ROUTE
First you go: BLUE->GROMP(smite)->WOLVES->RAZOR->RED(smite)->KRUGS
now you are level 4 with half HP at least and full mana. If u can, gank side lane, otherwise take the closest SCULTTER(if not taken from the enemy). Go B.
Go to drake,take scuLtter and go solo drake. Gank or B.
go clear the camps on herald side and then go for scutter and HERALD solo. Then gank or B.

EXTRA TIPS
focus on objectives.. you can take them easy solo.
try to make fights within the range of your crystalls..its a huge buff.
for ganks use predator->W->smite(for slow and for movement speed from masteries)->E ->R. (PR->W->SM->E->Q->R->AA->E->AA)
COMBO: W-E-R-Q-AA-Q-E-AA-Q
EXTRA TIP: the small razors(chickens) have the same damage with the big one..so focus on smalls to avoid more damage

YOUR R IS BROKEN
If you R an enemy,u will keep him with you no matter what(except qss etc)
for example...u R a jinx and enemy poppy R to you, you take jinx with you.
Or... you R a jinx and an ally sett R her too...sett will take her,and then she will come to you instantly
Or... you R a jinx THROUGH a wall..and you walk away from the wall.. SHE WILL PASS OVER THE WALL.

ABOUT NEXT PATCH
next patch probably will have a buff on skarner,and buff on predator and ghost..if this actually happens,this build will be broken (specially with ghost)..
