Threats to Fizz with this build
|Anivia||She's a bird.Dodge her q with your e and you're good.|
|Karthus||Pretty easy to deal with just e his q or ultimate.|
|Veigar||As long as you dont get stunned he's dead.|
|Twisted Fate||Early game you got him so dont worry about him because you got your e to deal with his w or q.|

So for summoner's you can go:
Ignite This is your core spell for burst.It's got true damage so the enemy cant resist it and its essential part of your burst by finishing off opponents on low hp + working well with your w.
Flash This is probably the most useful spell in the game since it can be used for engaging or disengaging.Use it when your e is on cooldown or you got low mana.You know what to do.
Teleport I can see this spell being useful in coming back to lane,flanking the enemy or just helping in roaming.You can use it instead of ignite since you got w.
Smite Fizz jungle? Why not? If mages like nidalee can jg why wouldnt fizz be able to?
Cleanse Can be useful against someone with a lot of cc like Lux for example (only a slow and a root but oyu know what i mean).
Spells i wouldnt recommend:
Barrier You dont need it as an assassin.If you are going defensive ap then you dont need this.
Exhaust Why? I mean sure it can bring enemies down and everything but i dont use it on mid unless im up against fizz or a high burster.Same thing with barrier,you don't really need it.
GhostDon't use ghost unless you are doing full movement speed fizz.You already are ghosted with your passive just without the movement speed but you got a lot of mobility already.
Heal I dont use it as much on mid since its not really gonna save you like flash or cleanse,but its up to you if you want to use it.
Next about runes.So pretty standard you can go ap blue's and quint's,mana regen red's and mana yellows.This is what i use but you can go cdr,more ap,maybe more mana and stuff like that.
Masteries are basically a classic mage.You want to go thunderlords,dangerous game,cookies and intelligence.That is what you want to go but apart from that go whatever you want.
So first item depends on how you are doing,enemy team and what you are missing.
For example you can go Morellonomicon for mana,ap and cdr.
If you are up against an ad mid or the enemy adc is fed Zhonya's Hourglass armor ad and cdr.
If you want to go aggressive or just more burst Lich Bane.
Rabadon's Deathcap and Void Staff are probably your last items.
Boots go for Sorcerer's Shoes i dont like Boots of Mobility or Boots of Swiftness because as i told you you have good mobility already.
So let's talk about fizz a little more.
He is a early/mid game ap high burst assassin.
Against him stacking magic resist is a good choice,but dont be fooled some fizz players can go ad i mean he is an assassin after all.
Taking flash really helps against his e.A lot of cc can stop even the best of fizz players so just remember that.
Careful if he goes jungle he has good slows on his ult and e so watch out for high bursts from him.Tanks shred him as they would any normal assassin so going tanky can be a good choice.
Fizz can go top,mid or jungle.
His farming is pretty good since of his w.
Yet if he goes tank fizz top or jungle then that is the tank meta right now so dont be worried his late game is pretty **** so just get him late game.
Watch out for his r w q e (or any other order) combo since he kinda needs his ult and e since a lot of damage comes from it.Get him when his e is down.
