In this build, we found a Singed focused on damage rather than on the resistance. This is because we are dedicated to distract the enemy into chasing us and be damaged by our poison. Whit singed we dont need boots because Insanity Potion give us a lot of movement speed, AP,mana regen, healt regen, armor and magic resistance... he has 25 secs of STEROIDS :D

PROS Great harass Great Poison Trail and Fling damage 4000 HP whit Empowered Bulwark Very hard to kill Flinging someone can allow your team to pick up an easy kill.

CONS Very mana hungry until you buy Tear. Bad early game. You can get easily harassed

After acquiring the first two core items keep the Poison Trail on at all times, if you are chasing an enemy or are being chased, use Mega Adhesive to slow the enemy and attack or flee. If you're chasing after using Mega Adhesive uses Fling to damage and put the enemy behind you and cause great damage with Poison Trail

if you have Insanity Potion available, use it to cause more damage to your enemy, resist longer and have great speed buff
