Hi everyone, this is my first time making a guide so I hope you guys like it. My build is for support Vel Kog. Vel Kog is a really strong poke with his angle Q. He does not really need AP to be effective in game because of his passive. So building him as a support will turn him into an AP carry late game.

Pros

+ Long range poke
+ Low cool down
+ True damage ( Scale into late game)
+ Abilities deal AOE damage
+ Fast wave clear

Deal insane damage with his passive

Cons

- Extremely Squishy (Randuin - problem solved)
- Run really slow (Mobility Boots -problem solved)
- Ultimate hard to lane if the opponent is close to you.

He is viable if you play safe

Stay behind and POKE and POKE till they die.
(Pretty much everything you need to do)

Abilities

Ability Explanation

Organic Deconstruction: Pretty much sum up Vel'koz. He deals true damage when they got 3 stacks. He can deal enormous amount of damage just buy stacking his passive and ult them. Just spam your skills and the enemies health will drop so quick they can't even tell.
Plasma Fission (Q): Your POKE. Using this to your advantage with the angle spread balls to poke them down.
Void Rift (W): Your number one wave clear ability. Use this to push or defend tower.
Tectonic Disruption (E): Your CC. Use this to knock enemies up and then follow with your other abilities.
Life Form Disintegration Ray (R): Fires a laser and applies a slow to enemies on a straight line. You can pretty much burst everyone.

Go for your R first. Max Q for the poke potential. Follow with E to lower your CC cooldown. FInish with your W because you will not need to push early game.
