You have good trade against him, but don't sleep on thresh ability to make plays, burst the ADC and the thresh will become useless in lane.
Nautilus
With his perma-CC and his shield he can out-busrt you. Wait for mid-late game in where his potential falls off and you outscale him in damage.
Pyke
A busted champion, if you don't kill him, he will restore all damage done to him. It will be difficult to land your W on him. Try to get your passive stacked up and land W's into the enemy ADC instead so that you can get that bonus health. If you see he engages with E, pop off with your R to get that bonus HP and life steal
Leona
A kill lane. Make sure you don't trade with her until she uses her E. Her W max will block out most of the burst damage you might try on her. Try to burst the ADC and wait for mid-late game in where you outscale her.
Lux
If you have Electrocute up, you can burst her up pretty easy early game, just make sure to punish her when she misses her Q.
Yuumi
Her poke and heal is anoying, but its also nerfed. Make sure to play in between minions and burst the ADC, even if Yuumi is out and poking with autos, focus on the ADC. You actually outscale Yuumi because you are a Mage Support and she'll not be able to match every source of damage with her heals.
Morgana
They both have a similar kit, but Swains abilities brings more firepower behind them. Even still that Morgana has the Black Shield, you have to understand that shield level 1 is at a 26 second cooldown, and it only last a couple of seconds. Max your E to lower the cooldown and play around her E when its down.
Blitzcrank
Don't get hooked and win. Punish missed hooks and his E slow. Wait for late game, as you outscale him.
Rakan
Trying to land his Q is dangerous for him because he gets too close to get picked by your E, same with his W. If he uses his E, you might root them both. You outscale him in damage but be careful of his pick potential in teamfights.
Karma
You can burst her but her bonus movement speed from her E will make it difficult lo land your E. Mid-late game will be difficult because of her Mantra E, as it will block out a lot of your damage.
Soraka
You will have to burst her out early game and keep her out of the game. Try to play arround her E. During mid-late game she will heal most of your damage so try to end the game quick.
Lulu
Try not to get poked too much and burst her early game. Make sure to gets into favorable trades when Electrocute is up. Be aware of Lulu's potential to buff the ADC carry in mid-late game.
Nami
You win in the laning phase with a burst to her, but in mid-late game, her CC and heals will prevent you from doing your damage output, try to make picks and play for objectives and prevent extended teamfights with the Nami alive.
Janna
Easy to kill early levels but once she get level 6, it's a different story. Her ultimate heals more than what you lifesteal from it, and it will kick you away from the enemy team, dropping your damage output. Try to make play around the map and play around her ultimate cooldown.
Alistar
If he engages he has no way out, if he doesn't engage you can poke and busrt him, make sure to play safe still, because a good headbutt-pulverize can change the laning phase. Still in the late game you outscale because of the damage output and tankiness you bring with your passive.
Brand
You can burst him out earlier on, but you have to play around his W so he doesn't get a lead. You have to make sure he doesn't get any form of gold early on because he outscales you with his AP scaling and Dark Harvest stacks.
Zyra
She can burst you early on as well but you have a more safe, reliable and mana friendly kit than hers. Make sure you burst her out early because the CC and AoE she brings in a teamfight is game changing.
Braum
If he or the ADC try to proc Braum's passive you just punish them with your whole combo. If he jumps to the ADC you will just get them both rooted with your E. Braum playstyle is to be on the opponents face, but in this case you just ult and counter hisn engage. Late game you also outscale him in damage output. Braum is your easiest matchup.
Bard
You can beat him easy in laning phase if you are careful of his Flash Q ignite early. His skill cap is high, so try to punish if he gets greedy to land Q's or autos. Punish his ADC if he goes roaming for chimes. His ult actually helps you out with your ult.
Zilean
Early on you might kill him, but a good Zilean will zone you off and make it difficult for you. His E slowwill prevent you to get close to get your ult damage output and his ulti will prevent you to kill the enemy, making you waste your win condition to burst out enemies.
Sona
You can punish her if she tries to poke with your E. You bring to much damage on your kit that Sona won't be able to keep up with your R and heal everyone. Focus her on teamfights and remove her from the game.
Taric
A lane with more pressure than yours, the shields and heals will block all your efforts to burst the enemy, pulling them might put you in range from his E. His ult will give them 2.5 seconds of no damage in which you will lose damage output for your Demonflare. Must play safe and make picks around map and play around Taric's R cooldown.
Tahm Kench
With a nerfed kit and a no kill lane pressure, his playstyle for solo queue is not viable, and his win codition, macro play with the ADC, can barely be pulled off by pro-players. Burst him early and outscale him on late.
