Yes definately, I' make it more clear in the build sequence part that you can go for either the frozen heart or the banshees veil, depending on the team

You have a lot of armor on this build. The damage reduction curve for both armor and magic resist starts to fall off after 150, and even more so at 200. With Shatter giving you 60 armor, your base armor being 74, you don't need that many armor items. I would recommend dropping either your Frozen Heart or Randuin's Omen, and picking up something else. A Banshee's Veil maybe?

Can't see anything wrong with your build or play style but I think it would help if you put in pictures of items/spells instead of just putting a wall of text, it's easier to read and it looks better. Also a section for early/mid/late game and explaining what lane you should be in, who your laning partner should be, what you should be doing, and how you should handle yourself in team fights. Things like that would be very helpful to someone just learning how to play taric.
