I strongly recommend this build because you become very difficult to kill as well as help your team out a bunch.

The Masteries I Use Are Exceptional On Taric The 23/9 Works Very Well Giving Him A Bunch Of Tankiness Plus The Summoner Insight Is Good On Any Support And The Extra Mana Regen From Meditation Allows Him To Be The Support An AD Carry Needs Early On.

Both Have Good Aura's That Will Help Your Carries Out Plus The Shield On The Locket Will Help To Keep People Alive If There Is A Bursty Champion That Can't Do Much After A Combo Due To Cool Downs ex. Gragas Fizz

Soul Shroud
Will Help For People That Are Very Hungry ( Like yourself or Anivia )
Plus The Extra HP Makes You A Lot Tankier And Maxes Out Your CDR.

Ability Explanation

Imbue This Is Taric's Heal It Heals A Ton End Game Even With 0 AP This Is Good Because You Can Keep Your Carry Alive Early And Late. In Team Fights It Is Best To Get Right In On A Carry And Deal Damage While Throwing Out Heals. Shatter This Is The Skill That Makes Taric So Tanky With The Passive Armor Aura It Helps Your Carries Out With Enemy Harrass. When In Team Fights You Want To Use This When Possible To Reduce The Enemies Armour. Dazzle This is Taric's Stun This Gives His Lane Great First Blood Capabilities As Well As Dealing A Bit Of Damage Right Away. This Is Like A Swiss Army Knife There Are So Many Different Uses For It You Can Use It To Prevent Carries Doing Damage And Allow Them To Fall Quickly Or It Can Be Used To Prevent People Like Master Yi] , [[Shaco , Rammus and Dr.Mundo Radiance This Is Taric's Ultimate Skill It Grants Every Nearby Ally Champion A Ton Of AP And AD This Will Allow Not Only Your AD Carry But Also Your AP Carry To Dish Out Some Mad Damage In Team Fights

CV ( Clairvoyance ) Is Straight Forward On Any Support Class I Prefer Flash on Taric I Find It To Be Great To Get A Necessary Dazzle Off Or To Dazzle Then Flash Over A Wall.
Viable Summoner Spells

I Don't Mind This Especially If No-One On Your Team Has It It Can Help Protect A Tower
Ghost
It Can Be Better Than Flash But If The Other Team Is CC Heavy It Is Useless. On The Plus Side Though It Can Allow You To Initiate By Just Running In And Stunning The Carry.

Note:
I Wouldn't Recommend Any Other Summoner Spells Because There Aren't Any That Are That Useful On Taric

Warding

Warding Can Be A Big Part Of Any Game If It Is Keeping An Eye On Enemy Buffs Or Preventing Ganks It Can Help A Team Out Massively

The Numbers Are The Importance Of The Ward
1= Most Important
2= Good To Have
3= After Warding 1,2
4= After Warding 3 But Not Usually Necessary
E= Exceptional But Not Until Late Game

Some Advice:

Don't Get Into Vision Ward Warding Fights It Makes You Lose More Gold Then You Gain Instead Buy An Oracle's Elixir And Rack Up The Gold That Way

Don't Get Caught When Warding The Enemies Jungle A Fed Jungler Is An OP Jungler

There Are Some Spots That Wards Fit Into Where Even If They Are Seen By An Oracle's Elixir or Vision Ward They Are Difficult To Find If You Get Good With Doing It The Enemy Is Likely To Never Find Your Wards
