The most important thing to remember while playing Taric is... what does Taric scale with.
well Taric is unlike any other champion since he scales with the 3 things, 1.armor, 2.cooldown reduction, 3. health.

Taric scales with armor and health, but what most people dont know is that cooldown reduction is huge on Taric, the reason for this is Taric's passive. the passive provides cooldown reduction based on seconds and not on your cooldown reduction percentage. this means he can get his cooldowns really really really low while in the heat of things. this is what makes him such a great duelist since he constantly stuns and heals.

another thing to keep in mind is that people think your weak becasue you're playing as taric so if you can hide your power for a bit, you'll catch top laners by suprise with your sustained and burst damage

also know that the first spell you can cast will get that 6 seconds CDR. and that your ult can up that to 8.
