Sorry that I don't know how to make it looks nice.

That's the Teemo for me.

Question 1: Why I don't use the Summoner Spells "FLASH" and "IGNITE" ?

Answer:

I think "FLASH" is not so useful for Teemo, cos 10 seconds 27% speed up will be more helpful. Push the "W"(Move Quick) you can fly! Even some Champions have Displacement skill like Ezreal and so on can not chase up Teemo.

Because Teemo already has "E"(Toxic Shot) so "IGNITE" just wast the spell I think.

"TELEPORT" can let Teemo back to the Battlefield as soon as possible or Support or Gank, also take down the Towers faster^_^.

Question 2: Why I don't need the Boot or some items that can get more Ability Power?

Answer:

As you can see my "Build" then you can understand why I don't need the boot.

Also as everybody knows that the physique of Teemo is so weak, it's very easy to be kill.

My "Build" you can see it's not just keep Teemo survive better also can make more AP&AD damage.

"Hurricane" is very good for Teemo, it AOE, very nice item for the team fight, clear line and chase Enemy.

Even you see the Data just like this:
Attack Damage 128.5
Ability Power 217.54
but the DPS is Good Enough^_^
