She is easily the hardest champion to lane against. If you can't kill her pre-level 6, you will have a tuff laning experience. Junglers should come help.
Pantheon
pantheon is also strong vs teemo because his range is longer and he stuns if you get near. Try and poke through his shield and get poison on him often.
Vladimir
Hits hard and has high health regen. Need ignite.
Singed
Easiest champion o lane vs. Just get your Frozen Mallet and he can't get near you without taking tons of damage. Just try to avoid his smoke.
Gnar
Watch his rage bar and only poke when he is little gnar or about to be little gnar. Also avoiding his boomerang helps.
Aatrox
poke him and blind him when he is near enough for melee combat.
Nasus
not too hard. Blind helps stop him from hitting you or minions with his q. When you get the mallet just kite lots. Run from his ult and avoid q swings and you should win.
Darius
Avoid his grab and kite. If you get hit by grab blind him and run.
Garen
Kite and poison him. Don't let him regain health, and zone him early game.
Wukong
hard to kite with his invisibility and he is very mobile making him tuff.
Yasuo
Avoid his whirlwinds at all costs.
Volibear
Run from his flip and poke and harass and he shouldn't stand a chance.
Dr. Mundo
out ranges you and has lots of health. Call jungler when he is pushed.
Fiora
Still winnable but difficult. She is mobile whichs gives you troubles. Just harass as much as possible and avoid her if you can.
Jax
being a melee champion he isn't too hard, but avoid his stun or he will wreck you in no time. Also harass pre 6 as much as you can.
Kayle
out ranges you and heals. Don't get too close to your minions. preferably have ignite and get her pre level 6.
Jayce
Very so-so. He can be devastating if you can't dodge his ranged attacks. When he goes in melee form, try to blind and poke him hard.
Rumble
He is hard to lane vs because if you get too close he gap closes and burns you.
Swain
Doable but tuff because he has so much health regen. Harass early and avoid being in his bird circle.
Illaoi
Avoid her skill shots and harass. Kill the tentacles whenever possible too.
Malphite
Harass as much as possible. Get him earlier and use the Frozen mallet because he can slow you back. Has lots of cc to try and avoid.
Quinn
Quinn hits hard and blinds also. Poke harder and blind first is my best recommendation. Zhonya's helps too.
Shen
Harass and zone. Shouldn't be a hard fight.
Renekton
Poke, run, and harass him. Don't let him get early kills because it could be the death of you. Otherwise him being melee makes him not too challenging.
Riven
Being highly mobile makes her hard early game but get the mallet and make her land on your mushrooms and it shouldn't be too hard. She is very strong early game, so be careful.
Sion
Avoid his skill shots and kite. Mallet helps destroy this beast. Run from his body too. His ult is his scariest thing.
Tryndamere
Harass and run from his spin. When he is using his ult to survive ignite and get a few pokes in and he shouldn't stand a chance. Post mallet makes him even easier.
Kled
i haven't played vs him much but he seems strong vs teemo. Harass but don't forget he gets his health back quickly.
Teemo is my favorite champion for two reasons. He has his own amazing wards, and he really annoys your opponent. So if you suck at buying wards and love making your opponents angry, hes the pick for you. He is a good counter pick to non-mobile melee champions.

Masteries
Some people take deathfire or ferocity but i prefer the Thunderlord's decree. It hits harder faster. The deathfire is good too because it makes your mushrooms deal more damage. Also if you suck at last hitting, I would recommend savagery over wanderer.

The attack speed marks make the early game much easier. Last hitting isn't too tuff on him. Armor is almost always a must, early game damage prevention seems good. Scaling MR is also great. They prevent damage and the longer the game the more damage they prevent.
Items
Items
So the overall most important item on teemo is the Frozen Hammer. It slows your opponent's down so you can kite super easy. It also improves your tankyness! With how squishy teemo is, any extra tankyness feels super good. The attack speed items improve your CSing and also help kiting. Wits End and Zhonya's both make you tankyer and also add damage.

Skills seem pretty self explanatory. You want to get your poison early because it is your main damage output, and the level three movement speed because pre-level 6 ganks hurt.

Teleport is also a good option. I prefer ignite because the extra damage is amazing and if they have people with lifesteal or spellvamp you will not regret it. If you pick teleport don't forget you can tele to your own mushrooms.

This is very important. Early game you should use them to block the jungler from ganking you. The river is a great spot and the tri bush top lane. I like to put ones to and from the tri bush on all side too. Killing your opponents control wards is very useful. makes them spend more money to kill your mushrooms. If you are trying to kill large number of minions you can drop a mushroom in the middle of them. All highly traveled areas are good to drop mushrooms in too. examples are your opponents jungle, dragon, river (where scuttle doesn't walk). Near middles bush. By your opponents razor talons jungle minions. Krugs tower bush and by the opening near krugs. Also Mushrooms near your opponents blue and red buffs help. The double as wards so keeping them by baron and dragon is smart too.
