Introduction
Quinn is a very strong pick especially at the laning phase and she scales very well up to late game when played properly during the early stages of the game. His passive Harrier which gives you pretty decent amount of burst damage.
One thing to take note of is her Heightened Senses. Its active gives you a small vision around you. Proper usage of this ability is one of the keys of a good laning phase. If your support fails to place wards. Using Heightened Senses when you are going past the river allows you to scout the area where the junglers may enter.
Runes
Everything is standard. I went 2x Greater Quintessence of Life Steal for additional sustain during your laning phase since we should aim for a B. F. Sword for our first recall.
Quinn is a very aggressive champion ergo should be matched with supports that compliments her.
NOTABLE SUPPORTS:
Provides great CC combined which when combined your Vault could easily kill an enemy.
Provides you with the greatest burst potential with her passive Shield of Daybreak. Also provides great CC which instalocks a target in place.
Cass is bit underrated as a support but for me she's the best support i can have in respect with my playstyle. Though she doesn't have great CC pre-6, her Noxious Blast and Twin Fang provide enough harass to keep your enemies at half health. She excels in zoning your opponents with Miasma ergo denying them creep scores.
Poor version of Thresh. Hahaha.

Can be used to safely harass enemies and disrupt creep kills. Also provides a decent amount of AOE damage. MAX THIS FIRST. |
This ability of hers provides you with many utilites. I chose to max this second because of the huge attack speed boost it gives whenever you proc a Harrier. For me it's better to rely on her auto attacks because it gives much more damage than 2x Vault. MAX THIS SECOND. |
This ability can be used as an escape tool when being chased. For me its main use is to mark the target with Harrier and the slow it provides. This is her utility skill therefore you should max it last. |
Tag Team
Quinn switches place with valor giving him a massive boost in movespeed and attackspeed for the duration of the ability. Will be further discussed in the Teamfights section. |
In my opinion, it is better to build Bloodthirster because she's one of those champions that relies on her abilites rather than pure Auto attacks. Infinity Edge should be built on champions such as Ashe, Caitlyn, Twitch that relies mostly in their auto attack damage.
Since you're the AD Ranged Carry, your job is to supply your team with enough sustain damage throughout the teamfights. Spam Blinding Assault to lower the damage output of the opposing team's AD Champs. Remember to carefully use your Vault whenever in a teamfight. Using Vault gives the enemy a small opening whenever you jump towards them. You should reserve this if the opponent team has divers like Pantheon, Renekton or Master Yi etc.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT IT IS NOT YOUR JOB TO TARGET HIGHER PRIORITY TARGETS ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE POSITIONED AT THE BACK. YOUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE CONSTANT DAMAGE TO THE ENEMIES WITHIN YOUR REACH, NEVER EVER EVER EVER TRY TO CHASE HIGH PRIORITY TARGETS IF THE TEAM FIGHT IS JUST STARTING
