This build is basically a changed/better (at least in my opinion) Ezreal's Blue Build (old build consists "iceborn, static, cd boots, manamune, ga and last whisper which is completly made for his Q). I know this build is very much different from the orignal build but the new blue ezreal build i made up mainly focuses on the damage that Manamune gives and restoring your mana with Essence. I also added Bortk in this build in-case you are vsing any tanks so that you can kill them quicker and for dueling protential with the active. With the changes to ezreal's W, your can use that attack speed bonus on your self and attack quicker which is really good on this build. Hope you enjoy my Guide.
