Laning Phase Level 1-2
Urgot gets a power spike at level 2. You will need to get all the minions while poking your opponent and dodging minion aggro. Auto your opponent several times getting them to around 60-70% hp for an all in level 2.

When you're ready to engage E > W + Ignite and it's a free kill

The "E" stuns them long enough for your to get a few auto's while you dance around with your back legs and proc your passive. By the time they can react they have to flash, but the ignite and a auto will finish them allowing your to snowball your lane.
Laning Phase 3-6
You're just farming now be patient and let them come to you. Use your autos to keep them at bay and punish them if they try to farm. Your E > W will be your bread and butter for chunking them down. If they don't respect your damage your ignite should be up again by now to secure a kill.

You're just waiting for your level 6 now so you can make plays.

E > W > R > Ignite will be enough to burst an opponent down to activate the execution. Use Q to finish them if they try to flash out.
MG-42
Your "W" should be level 5 now and this is where you can push the lane and force duels.

This is where you can tear down those turret plates.

"W" watch for 3 ticks of damage as soon as you see the 3rd tick quickly double tap "W" and you'll see the regular auto-attack appear as the 4th tick and have a continuous stream of bullets adding to your DPS. If you don't time it correctly then it'll look like Urgot's gun is all jammed up.

Use your E > W combo, since his auto-cannons prioritize those who get hit with an ability you can stay on them and proc your PTA. If they try to get away use your "Q" to run them down.
Split Pushing
Urgot is can split push quite effectively after lvl 9 and spikes at level 13 since his passive is now 2.5 seconds. Dance around a minion wave in a "S" proc passive and Q the caster back line and the whole wave is cleared.
