Runes and Masteries

Runes:

My rune build focuses heavily on early game durability and strength. With these runes, your laning phase will be a breeze.

Quintessences
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
I choose these runes as a large amount of early AD and some easier lane dominance.

Marks
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
I choose these runes for exactly the same reason as my Quintessences

Glyphs
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
I choose these runes because it will help you a great deal against champions such as Rumble, Diana, and Vladamir. It also may give you and edge on hybrids like Cho'Gath or Yorick.

Seals
Greater Seal of Armor
I choose these runes, because most of the time you will be playing against AD based champions such as Jayce, Riven, Xin Zhao, and Olaf.

Masteries

I choose my masteries to give me an advantage in the early game. Do not by shy when using ignite, try to utilize Summoner's Wrath and gain the extra AD and AP.

Items

Items

Early Game

Boots and 3 healing potions are very important in the early game. This allows you to poke very easily, and heal back any backfire you may have taken. It also helps you build an early Ninja Tabi or Mercury Treads.

Phage is just overall a great item for Wukong. This gives you an early boost of health, AD and the slow on auto attacks. That last part is exremely useful. When poking, if your Phage procs it's a good idea do keep following up and possible get a kill.

Avarice Blade is not actually included in the item build because i don't usually get Youmuu's Ghostblade. However, because your Q, Crushing Blow can crit, this will increase your damage output by a lot and your gold income.

Mid Game

Trinity Force is all around a great item. AD, Crit, Movement Speed, the Phage, and Sheen. All of these are just great things for Wukong

Warmog's Armor is pretty easy to explain why to get. More health=less chance of dieing.

Late Game

Bloodthirster is also a very good item, this gives Wukong a large amount of AD so he just generally hits more. Also they Life steal is very useful as it allows wukong to farm jungle back to full health. Wukong can also use his Q, Crushing Blow to heal if he does have Life Steal.

Guardian Angel is just such a great item, armor, magic resist and the passive, no other need for explenation.

Atma's Impaler is also a great item. This makes us a little bit tankier, crit more often, and gain AD according to our health. This combined with Warmog's Armor is just fantastic. (a little combo i like to call Atmogs)

Early Game

In the early game Wukong is extremely powerful, with a simple basic attack, Crushing Blow, basic attack combo, he can bring almost anybody low enough to use a health potion. Try to harass early and bully your lane opponent depriving them of any creeps. Then, when lvl about lvl 4 use Nimbus Strike in combination with your other abilities to very easily bring down an opponent. If fighting some champions like Yorick or Jayce you may wish to use Warrior Trickster as an escape tool. Farming is also very easy as Wukong. Simply, as other champions wait until the minons are low enough and kill them. if necessary use Crushing Blow.

Mid Game

If winning your lane

If you are winning your lane (which you will no doubt with this guide :D) follow this part of the guide.

Roaming as Wukong is extremely effective. You should be able to get a kill in any lane. You want to come of the the jungle no matter what. If ganking say the blue team bot lane, you want to come from the tri-bush. You want to first come out of the bush already in stealth with Warrior Trickster as it will be useless after you engage. Try to run up to the adc not useing nibus strike as you may need to use it to catch up against players like Corki, Vayne, or Ezreal. The smack em down with your Crushing Blow. Do the same from the river bush if ganking the purple team.

if losing your lane

If losing your lane, follow this part of the guide.

If losing your lane, just try to stick in there. Stay in your lane, farm it up, and try to bring down the enemy tower, once you do, follow the first part of this chapter.

Late Game

As u may see, Wukong will start to do less damage and be more of a off tank champion.
All the time, roam all of the lanes trying to farm up as much as possible. Once you get the Guardian Angel you will be practically impossible to kill. You may get it before Bloodthirster depending on what role you are trying to fill. Remember to always stay with your teal as your ult is extremely useful in team fights. Speaking of which... In team fights, always try to assassinate the enemy adc/apc, (whichever is more dangerous). Warrior Trickster out of sight. Nimbus Strike to the enemy, Crushing Blow and Cyclone their entire team while trying to focus on the enenmy ap/ad carry. After killing maybe 2 or three of them try to get you team baron as it will benfit you immensely. Follow this and your late game should be more than successful.
