Holy **** where are we?

I am a plat kled main on OCE and i reckon i could teach you a trick or two about Kleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed.

This guide is made based on the reader knowing Kled's abilities

Anyway its my first guide and I want to get to the tips and tricks quick so u can probs skip the first 3/4 of the guide.

Aggressive as ****

Kled pretty much has no bad matchups

Bully under tower

Farm A ****load

Bm the living **** out of the enemy team

Tilt you enemy

For rune pages, I like to run two main pages. One of which is a cheese page and the other a more serious version (Shown at start of guide).
Cheese Runes
The cheese page runs 2% crit because my theory is that having 2% crit gives you twice as many crits as 1% BUT it only costs one more crit rune. I dont think 4% is worth it because you lose too much ad. I also run exp runes so I can get lv 2 off the first minion wave, this is because kled's lv 2 is extremely strong and you want to be able to surprise your lane opponent.For the rest of your rune spots, run attack speed so that you can get on Skaarl as quickly as possible.

Pretty standard stuff, I never run any keystone but fevor because none of the others are on the same power level. You can go 18/12/0 or 18/0/12, its up to your preferences but I don't like taking dangerous game because I think bandit is more valuable on kled, I generally like to run 18/0/12 though because it gives you more time to get back onto skaarl which is how you win most of the difficult fights.

So I dont know about items because I've been looking at pretty much every other kled in the world and they always rush titanic. I prefer to rush black cleaver because of the onhit movement speed, cooldown reduction and armor shred.

Anyway there are two paths I go on Kled, I rush black cleaver and titanic and then depending on how well im doing i will either go a defensive gargoyles stoneplate and continue to go tanky or aggressive deaths dance and blade of the ruined king.

Why I Build What I Do

Health is extremely efficient on Kled so you want alot of it.
AD is needed to keep you relevant.

Pretty much all of the items in kled's build are aimed at keeping him alive until he can get back on his raptor
- Deaths Dance changes damage to damage over time giving you more chances to get on Skaarl
- Blade of Ruined King lets you kite easier, gives you attack speed to get on your raptor and lifesteal.
- Gargoyles damage reduction is extremely good on Kled, making him very hard to kill after you use the active
- After you die with guardian angel, the courage you had before dying stays, giving you more time to get onto Skaarl
- Maw of Malmortius is also good against AP as it gives you a pretty good magic shield after you get off your raptor (AGAIN, IT GIVES YOU MORE TIME TO GET BACK ON SKAARL)


Note* DO NOT ****IN GO MALLET I SWEAR TO ****IN GOD IT TRIGGERS ME SO MUCH WHEN YOU GO THAT ITEM ON KLED, KLED IS ALREADY STICKY ENOUGH WITHOUT THE SLOW.
Also, Ravenous is in my opinion ALWAYS worse than titanic because the cleave does not count as an auto attack.

ok so it's pretty simple,

Q,W,E

Put points into r if you can

FINALLY ITS TIME BOIS,

- Kled's (Off Skaarl) Q can be used to 'cancel' cc
- If you have a chain on someone who is low, make sure you flash before they do so that the chain isn't broken (Kled is the only champ who does this I think)
- At lv 2, Don't immediately put a point into your W, hold the point until you fight the enemy laner, this makes Kled's W an activated ability once in the game. This is useful because if you immediately put your point into W, you will most likely waste it on minions.
- Kled's R can be used to follow up on flashes and cancel cc (It is also very good at helping you run from ganks)
- Kled's R can be used to disrupt abilities (such as riven 3rd q) as it has a tiny knockback
- Kled's dismount can let you 'cancel' cc (If a Lee Sin ults you when Skaarl is very low, you will not get knocked back.Sometimes I will intentionally walk into Veigar E because after you fall off Skaarl you are free to move.)
- Save your titanic active until you have fallen off your raptor in difficult fights
- If Skaarl is very low, sometimes (SOMETIMES) it's better to save your W until AFTER you have fallen off Skaarl so you can more easily get back on him.
- When versing laners with 'dodge/blind' spells, e onto them but don't auto attack, wait until they have used it to use your W. (Usually this matchup is unfavourable, don't expect to win a 1v1 by doing this. Sometimes if the opponent is good they will wait until you have autoed to use their ability, at that point its pretty hard for you to win)
- Kled can usually easily dive bot lane at lv 6 because of the massive shield he gets from ulting, he also resets tower aggro after he falls off Skaarl.
- Dont use both your e's instantaneously, try to follow on dashes (I would assume you know this)
- If you e a quinn and she e's you in the middle of your e,it will count as you having dashed through her so you will be able to dash to her again. This also works for pretty much any knockback/knockup (I think) stuff like (Alistar Headbutt,Syndra E, Lee Sin Kick etc.)
- Kled Q can pull people out of their dashes (Aatrox mid Q,
- Kled Q will pull Vlad back even if he is in W (But not out of it)
- Kled Q WILL LITERALLY PULL FIZZ OUT OF HIS E
- Kled Q will pull Kayn out of the wall (He teleports back onto the rift.
- Kled Q will not pull Master Yi out of his alpha strike, however the damage will go through
- Kled will not get affected by Bard ult if he is in the middle of his ult
- Use the bushes when you get ganked to get a few free auto attacks off before they start hitting you
- Kled E and Q will give you True Sight against champs such as Vayne, Shaco, Wukong
- If you are close to falling off Skaarl, make sure you drop your Q before falling off because the chain stays and it gives you extra damage, it also CC's the enemy laner for half a second, giving you more time to get back on Skaarl
- If you are facing burst damage,try to stay on Skaarl until the burst ability is used as any excess damage will not go through Skaarl and onto Kled

Note* Uh I dont know the interaction between Kled Q and Elise's repel and Zed's Death Mark so it would be nice if someone could tell me
