Teamfights
Just use combos as fast as you can.
After three items till the end of the game ryze is true beast in individual actions, teamfights and push, really no one can stop him.

Combos
[Basic combo] E -> Q u can easily kill minions , it's also good in teamfights.
[Root + Phase rush combo] E -> W -> Q pretty good to root one of the enemies on your lane when u are getting ganked or just in fight when someone is rushing on you.
[Burst combo] Q -> E -> Q with this combo u can easily burst enemies, its good in teamfight but it's also good in 1v1 fights. After this combo u will get speed from phase rush.
[Slow burst combo] W -> Q -> E -> Q Burst combo but before real damage u can slow enemy.
