Champion Build Guide
Why
Jax is already well known for being one the best splitpushers in the game, but why stop there? Why not push the boundaries of how fast it is possible to take towers?
So I propose this build: Tower Bonker Jax
The build where every item is chosen specifically to do one thing and to do it well, destroy towers.
After all, taking towers is what wins games; not kills

How
When attacking towers, the game only takes one offensive stat into account; AD or AP. (specifically, it chooses the highest of either 100%AD or 60%AP)
Due to this we cannot build hybrid damage like Jax would normally do, instead opting for a full AD build
Jax's passive, Relentless Assault, plays a big role in this build as it gives 28% to 88% bonus attack speed (lvls 1-18) when fully stacked, which is more than any item has ever given in League of Legends history.
Along with his passive, Trinity Force's first passive "Threefold Strike" increases his AD up to +30% of his base AD when fully stacked.
Hullbreaker gives AD that we need, along with HP for Demolish and Titanic Hydra. Not to mention the insane passive effect, making you deal 20% more damage to towers, giving you resistances (scaling with level) and making nearby cannon/super minions deal 200% more damage and also giving them resistances!
After this we get Titanic Hydra, dealing more damage to towers scaling with our HP.

What
What can this build really do to towers, you say?
Well, it can run down an entire lane faster than the enemy team's combined efforts (Granted they do not have a Ziggs or Tristana)
With your first powerspike of only Trinity Force (no other items whatsoever) outer towers will fall in just under 20 seconds (18.74) without activating its spellblade passive
Adding Berserker's Greaves and Hullbreaker takes the tower bonking time down to just above 13 seconds (13.46). And that's not counting the damage minions and Demolish will be doing!
At full build and max level (not counting Elixir of Wrath) towers will be falling in just under FOUR SECONDS! (3.9) At that point it'll be difficult even to get off a single hit of Demolish.
