Introduction

Welcome to my guide, including: Twisted fate : The Card Master

Twisted Fate is a very fun champion to play, he's rarely seen anymore as there are so-called "better" carries in the game like .

Abilities

"Twisted Fate and his allies receive an additional 2 gold per kill." I say YES to this passive, and probaly your teammates too. 2 extra gold per kill, that's a good bonus. Alto it wears off if you die, so you might wanna stay alive.

"Twisted Fate throws three cards, dealing damage to each enemy unit they pass through." We don't want this, but it's nice for AP TF. WE don't benefit from the damage here and that's too bad. Alto it deals tons of damage on AP TF, we are merely blowing on them.

"Twisted Fate chooses a magic card from his deck, and uses that for his next attack, causing bonus effects." This is Twisted Fate his unique skill, 3 choices to pick from. A AoE Slow, a Mana refund or a complete stun. All do damage, and we benefit from it with our AD style. Keep it in mind to pop it often if your Out of Mana or need to stun/slow someone.

"Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals bonus damage. In addition, his attack speed is increased and his cooldowns are decreased." I just like this, early game we will deal quite the punch if we aim it at champions, combined with Pick A Card we deal some more ! We max this first, because of this and the extra attack speed and Cooldown reduction we get from it

"Twisted Fate predicts the fortunes of his foes, revealing all enemy champions and enabling the use of Gate." What used to be one of the most OP ultimate's is now nerved to a radius, I really cried when this happend because it was so good on him. But we had to expect it, Good thing is we still see stealthed champions. So if you were chasing Shaco and he used Decieve we can still see him thanks to this ult and pop infront of the sneaky bastard. So it still has his use !

Summoner Spells

is allways nice, we can escape or hunt down someone with it. It sometimes saves/kills a life.

That running away with 100 HP? Nu-uh. Ignite now finishes him off after all your hard work

Alternative Summoner Spells


For slowing/reducing armor/magic resitance , if you have trouble killing someone this is perfect. But you sacrifice either Ignite or Flash

Freaking Shaco is backdooring? You can have this to quickly get to the lane, but you sacrifice either Ignite or Flash

You run much faster with it, and you can catch/escape. If you don't want to use Flash pick Ghost instead.

Runes

Here's a part I want to explain
Runes

Greater Mark of Attack Damage

Greater Mark of Attack Damage Extra damage on the beginning.
Greater Seal of Armor Armor seals, So that Attack damage is a bit ****eld
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist Magic Resistance Glyphs, Same reason as above only then for Spells
Greater Quintessence of Attack DamageSame as the marks.

Guys, let me give you a quick reminder: " RUNES ARE EARLY GAME, Late game/mid game you should be buying items for the damage and not depend on your runes so heavily"

Items

The items are now diffrent, starting with Boots of Speed 3x Health Potion
we are going bottom lane so we want the mobility there. After a while you should buy Berserker Greaves and if you can Ruby Crystal and build it into a Phage later. We want to rush towards the Trinity Force just because we can... After that just get the The Bloodthrister and the Ionic Spark.

Now....

We got two(2) slots left in the inventory which are situational slots. If you are doing good and the enemy is ******ed, buy more damage. If you are getting allot of Magic damage, buy a Force of Nature or Maw of Malmortius, If it's armor you are wondering Thornmail/ Madred's Bloodrazor

Gameplay

As Twisted Fate AD Style. We're obviously going bottom lane, FOCUS on last hitting. LAST hitting is SOOO effective, you don't even notice it. If you don't know how to Last hit correctly, try to do it on bot games. Continue farming and once you have your E up, harras a enemy. On level 2 you can try for a kill if your Lane partner agrees.

Keep farming and if you feel comfortable make a small plan on killing the other carry.
Remember to push your lane if nobody is there as you divide them with it, once your turret is down the laning phase is OVER. You go where help is needed, thanks to your wonderful ultimate you can teleport up from bottom to mid and from mid to top/bottom, also if you don't trust your lane or there is no ward in the river you can cast your ultimate to scout for enemies.

Keep pushing, keep farming, keep killing. It's a game and everything is possible so adapt to everything.
