Remember: Positioning & Timing is key)
[*] (1) Sword of divine, you will be using the 3 critical strikes and not the attack speed boost.
[*] (2) Have the tank/bruiser kite the enemy to attack him
[*] (3) Q, properly position your self
[*] (4) R, Let loose your ultimate
[*] (5) E, Expunge as soon as your poison stacks are maxed, avoid being trigger happy
Note: Twitch usually has enough range from his ult to reach the enemy teams carry, use that to your advantage.
Memorize the following... Stay out of the enemies attack range, chase stray kills carefully, avoid dying at all costs but do not desert your team, be close to your team before an initiation.
General rule: Do not dive towers at low health if you're on a killing spree, you will get the 300 gold but the if you die in the process the enemy player gets 500 gold. You lose the tradeoff.
The following goes for all squishes.
- You need to practice not being at center of attention for the enemey team and when you are... Learn to kite them to their deaths.
- Don't roam on a wardless map.
- Never stand still or engage out in the open without any team mates or team turrets around. It's a high risk not worth taking specially late game, the team needs you more than you know and you are no good to them dead for obvious reasons.
- If a bruiser is coming at you, don't stand still for him to just pounce on you and kill you.
- Stay out of his range while attacking him at the same time, that can be done by practicing your mouse clicks to be faster and precise.
The steps are simple... Here is the scenario and lesson
The Enemy is coming to kill you? You're ranged and do a lot of damage, all you need to do is practice running while attacking at the same time simultaneously.
Getting really good at that technique will give you an advantage over most average players and the end result usually is that they will either get annoyed, slip up and end up getting slain or just try to walk away from you but you're an assassin and by that time you've probably done enough damage to him to chase and finish him off.
I just really hate seeing someone attempt to run, clicking forward while being hit from behind and eventually getting killed 10 seconds later by the enemy champion(s) who by the way are still at full health and ready to engage your team mates while you're out of the picture.
If you know that you are going to die anyway, try and inflict as much damage as you can before you go so someone else from your team can come finish what you started and died for.

This build requires a lot of consistent farm to work as all carry builds do.
Try not to get side tracked and miss out on that valuable minion gold.
There are 107 minions spawned by the 10 minute mark bot lane alone.
You should be be able to last hit at least 90% of the creeps in your lane.
If you can't the best way to get better is to practice, one of the better methods for practicing last hitting is by playing bot-ai games barebone (no runes, mastery, items) by doing this you will get your timing perfect on when to last hit the minions in a regular game.
Why did I share that with you? Because two of the keys to winning a match is almost perfect cs, good build and map awareness (wards).
