Greater Quintessence of Desolation This is something you really need for Vayne because it gives you huge amounts of armor penetration so that you can kill even the tanky opponents.

This are very useful because the give you movement speed and some nice attack speed.

This is extremely useful because it combines with your 2 skill and also gives huge attack speed.

This item gives you tons of attack damage and life steal.

This is a nice item because it gives some magic resistance and health and mana.

This item is great because it gives you attack damage, critical chance and also its passive is extremely powerful.

PASSIVE
Gives huge amounts of movement speed when moving towards an enemy champion.



Vayne is nothing without this skill, it gives some nice escape but also a chasing option, and gives you tons of damage for your next attack.(Max First)
