2 dorans then sceptre, phantom dancer next not bloodthirster. all you want is the lifesteal component of it. after PD grab infinity edge for the improved chance of crit and procs. dont finish BT till very last 6th item. cleaver 4th then banshee's as the survive

@SprataDeathAngel
Thank you for the nice feedback!, I'll make a second build if you're doing bad throughout the game.

Good Guide on Vayne! Consider adding a "Dangerous Enemies" because those are ALWAYS helpful. Add tips on what to do against them. Also, put in more pictures/videos, so your reader won't be as bored. However, you put lots of color in it, which is what I like most about guides. Try rushing Infinity Edge first, but rushing Infinity Edge never works if your doing badly, so consider putting 2 builds. Fed Vayne. Not So Fed Vayne. Another way to build Vayne is to max E second, and rush Phantom Dancer, along with Black Cleaver, followed then by Infinity Edge/Phantom Dancer. +1!

@Simplifyx

Thank you for the response! I'll work on any other updates soon.

@RazorMaul

Thank you for the response! I'll try Heal and Cleanse soon and make an update about it, if it's good. I start with Doran's Blade, because I need my HP, even if I pair up with Soraka. Doran's Blade is a really good item for three things.
1. 10 AD (Same as Long Sword)
2. 80 HP (Half of Ruby Crystal)
3. 3% Life Steal (33% of Vampiric Scepter)

So this is all my opinion, and maybe others as well.
1. Walls of text, try to shorten it a bit.
2. If you have a sustain support, you CAN start Doran's Blade but I still choose Boots and Health Potionx3 over that because you can get Doran's Bladex2 if you can farm well on first back.
3. Take at least 1 point in Condemn early, or you will be more vulnerable to early ganks than if you Condemn them away before running.
4. Either Infinity Edge or Bloodthirster are very good first core items, but if you go Infinity Edge, you have to follow up with a Phantom Dancer for 55% crit on two items. If starting Bloodthirster, you have more choices to go down, like some attack speed from Black Cleaver, Phantom Dancer, etc.
5. Add some pictures so it makes it look a lot better than it is.
6. Add alternate runes and skill orders, in case some people do not have certain types of runes, or if they are more comfortable maxing something else as first skill.
7. Two Bloodthirster is not that great, because you should have at least 1 defensive item in your build unless you are completely destroying the other team. If they have tons of Armor, you are better off with a Last Whisper as your fifth item, and if you are dying too much, a Guardian Angel as sixth, or countered by a suppress, get Quicksilver Sash as sixth.

You should never start doran's blade on any ad carry unless you are with soraka, because you need that sustain and you should consider adding heal and cleanse to the summoner spells section.

I'll work on it, but I don't think Condemn needs to be upgraded and maxed out first. I've tried Infinity Edge alot, but it never ever works out for me. I'll work on this build soon and improve it. Thank you for all your responses.

The build is just... No. I really think Doran's is a bad starting item. Buying boots and 3 pots give you more health regen, and can get you out of sticky situations. You get 2 Doran's on the first recall. Also, always rush I.E. Always. Then, zeal-bt-phantom dancer.
