BTW VAYNE TOP IS LIKE THE BACK UP ADC :D IF YOUR BOT LANE ADC DOES BAD

COUNTERS FOR CHAMPIONS

Besides the listed ones above you should be able to win lane against everyone else. You might ahve some troubles with people like Akali / Zed / Talon / Diana / or any other big assassin champion. To possibly outplay just exhaust them and reduce their damage by 40% then just kill them.
