The runes that will benefit you early game are the Greater quintessence of attack damage, Great mark of attack damage, and the Great seal of armor. The quintessence adds on to the great mark of attack damage which adds the total amount of Attack Damage in the jungle to +15, which will help you clear jungles faster and give potential assist/kill ganks. And the Great seal of armor will help enduring more frontal damage from jungle creeps and in ganks(Depending if the lane is AD/AP). The late game runes are Greater glyph of scaling magic resist, this late game rune is good if you do not build Magic resist against the mid/top lane because you focus on building armor on the bot, top, and/or mid lane.
