But i will give you some straight forward advice, ok?

1. Add enemies is strong/weak against
2. Skill Sequence
3. Which Summoner spells are Good/Bad for
4. MOAR CARTOONS

I think you should replace with . The passives are very similar, you get more health, and the Attack Damage seems more effective than the 80 AP from Rylai's, especially because you already have some attack speed from .
