Just poke with your E and go in for the occasional auto with W on. Don't under estimate yourself, you can actually trade pretty well with most champ with your W on and you can set up ganks very easily with all your cc in your abilities. When you want to trade, W up and auto the enemy then when they try and trade back E and walk away, when they walk twords you they can get hit by multiple E waves, make sure you wait till your passive isn't snaring then anymore or else they won't be able to walk through the multiple E waves.

When you're in a team fighting, use your ult on the furthest back champion you can cast it on, that way you get multiple knock ups, Or if the AP or AD carry are over extended, ult them and she they try and run twords their team they would end up knocking up their whole team.
