Clockwork Windup: The passive ability on Support Orianna is almost useless because Supporianna is not focussed on poke the enemy champs.
Command: Attack(Q): You can use this ability to trow your ball in a bush and use it as a ward to scout enemys or to simply move your ball to use your W or R ability.
Command: Dissonance(W): The third ability in order of usefully, with this ability you can increase your and your ally's movement speed and slow the enemys.
Command: Protection(E): This ability is much important during the first phases of the game, with this you can shield your ADC to prevent him from taking damage, once the ball attaches to the ADC you need to leave the ball attached to him because the balls gives passively 10/15/20/25/30 armor and
10/15/20/25/30 magic resistance to the champion who is attached to.
Command: Shockwave(R): This ability is very important in teamfight and if well used can decide the fate of the teamfight because it regroups and disable the enemy champs near the ball (350 units) for 1 second. Alternatively you can use it to catch enemy champs that are escaping using the combo Q - R - W

Exhaust: The best Support spell that can make half-useless the enemy ADC during the engages.
Flash: Great spell for escaping or entering the fight.
Heal: Good spell for a support. Since Orianna has no heals, it can be a good spell to have. It can surprise enemies when used correctly.
