Early Game

I prefer Dorans Ring, to get 50 AP with my Runes and Masteries. Than I take 2 health pots, to be a long time on my lane (when you can buy Blasting Wand and a Book)

[Attention! Don't buy more as 1 Dorans Ring, that make you weak and you cant deal the mana reduction with your physical damage. So Please, Don't take two of them]

Mid Game

Its a classic Full AP Build with some health, to didn't get some easy ganks for the jungler.
If you don't play FULL AP, you are useless in the End-Game and your team will lose.

End Game

If the enemys havent surrender, you can take some more ap and mana reduction, so you are effectiv and a long time in the enemy Base.

Counter

3 Characters are counter about Xerath:

1. Kassadin -Very Heavy to win
2. Fizz -Heavy to win
3. Ahri -Not easy to win (But if you are godlike with this char, you could win!)
