I made this guide becouse I wanted to share my guide with you and explaind in too you on the easyest way what I can do. So if you have time to read you will learn alot of Xin Zhao and how I play him.
This build that I am making for you is looking into true damage. We all know that true damage is damage that cant be resisted by Armor or magic resistence. So enjoy in my build guide and League of Legend dubstep mix.
Whenever Jarvan III, the king of Demacia, delivers one of his rallying speeches from the glinting marble balcony atop the Royal Palace, Xin Zhao is at his side. Coined the Seneschal of Demacia, Xin Zhao is the personal steward of the Lightshield Dynasty. His enigmatic, silent vigil has led to an abundance of conjecture concerning his ''secret life'' and origins. Whether it's ''Zaun double-agent'' tendered at the dinner table or ''indebted rune mage'' mused in the editorials of the ''Demacian Constant'', Xin Zhao betrays no hints to sate the curiosity of the masses... for good reason.
Prior to the formation of the League, Noxus was renowned for a spectacle called The Fleshing. It was a gladiatorial event with a cruel twist: as a fighter won matches, his number of opponents (generally prisoners of war) fought simultaneously would increase. This meant eventual death for every contender, but with unparalleled glory. Xin Zhao, known then as Viscero, was slated to face 300 soldiers, nearly six times the previous record. This was clearly meant to be his final match. Jarvan II, hearing of this unprecedented feat, infiltrated the arena to offer him an alternative: serve Demacia and punish those who ultimately sentence him to death in exchange for his freedom. Xin Zhao accepted, astonished that a king would risk his own life on his behalf. Under the cover of a prearranged Demacian assault on Noxus, Jarvan liberated Xin Zhao and his 300 opponents. During their retreat, Xin Zhao took a poisoned dart meant for Jarvan. This act of loyalty, from a man who vowed no allegiance, earned Xin Zhao a spot at his side until the day the king died. Now in the service of his son, Jarvan III, Xin Zhao is stepping into a new ring - the Fields of Justice - to fight for his adopted country and to honor the legacy of the man who gave purpose to his life.

As you see here we have Armor Seals, Magic Resist Glyphs and Armor Penetration Marks and Quintessences.
Armor Seals gives us bonus 13Armor at start.
Magic Resistence Glyphs gives us 24 magic resist at lvl 18.
And Marks and Quintessences Gives us bonus 25 Armor Penetration.
Cool thing is that 1 Greater Seal of Armor and Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist costs 205 IP per rune. Full Greater Seal of Armor costs 1845 IP and full Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist costs 1845 IP.
1 Greater Mark of Desolation costs 410 IP and full Greater Mark of Desolation costs 3690 IP.
And 1 Greater Quintessence of Desolation costs 1025 IP and full Greater Quintessence of Desolation 3075 IP.
So full rune build costs 10155 IP what is preety cheap becouse there are alot of expenice runes.
Masteries21/9/0 masteries as you see. It is best for any attack damage champions but you need some bonuse defence and health so I set those last 9 points in deffencive masteries tree.
I took this mastery becouse it give upgrade on offencive summoners spells and ofc I need it becosue I am using Ignite and Ghost as my summoners spells.
It gives 3 bonus attack damage at start.
It gives 4 % bonus Attack Speed.
Its is following mastery from Alacrity and ofc it give 10 % Armor Penetration.
Its cool 0,5 damage per level.
Its following mastery form Deadliness and it gives 10 % critical damage.
Cool 3 % lifesteal at early game.
It give bonus 6 Armor Penetration.
Final mastery from offencie mastery tree. It gives increased damage by 6 % to enemys below 40 % HP.
It gives 1 bonus magic resist becouse of 1 point.
It gives 3 bonus Armor at level 1.
It give 6 HP per level and 108 HP at lvl 18.
It is final mastery from deffencive mastery tree. It is following mastery from Durability . It gives 30 HP at level 1.
Pros / Cons
-every 3 hit healing
-cooldown cuting and air knock
-charge and slow
-hige attack speed
-tanky ulty deffence
-huge Health Points
-focused in teamfights
-no escape abilities accapt charge on minions and knock back with ulty
-need to farm or to be feed to be effective
The Black Cleaver
At start I buy Boots of Speed and 3 Health Potion. It is best start for every champion. As you see in first returning back to base I bought Mercury's Treads. I have my 33 % Tenacity what is so important for early game.
After Mercury's Treads I buy Phage becouse of its Passive slow and 18 extra damage and 225 HP. My first major item is Frozen Mallet. We all know what is it passive, slow to dead. No way to run away becouse of ability Audacious Charge. If they use Flash you can get them very easy. And one more thing. Frozen Mallet gives 20 damage and bonus 700 HP.
Now when I have my HP, and damage now comes Thornmail becouse of focusing me for that magic damage returning to them with every hit they done on me. I got that perfect 100 Armor.
Now when we are little tanky we are going on that Phantom Dancer. We all know what it gives. It give 55 % Attack Speed, 30 % critical chance and most important status 12 % Movement Speed. It is good item for ganking, making it will give you some bonus Movement Speed.
Now you should move like 437 on map so you can get enemys and they cant run away becouse of Frozen Mallet.
My next item is The Black Cleaver. It gives 55 damage and this 30 % Attack Speed. Attack Speed is important becouse of healing passivly on ability Battle Cry. Dont forget that you can heal on turrets and any other thing that you can hit :)).
Lets return to our The Black Cleaver item. Most important thing on that item is his Passive. Every hit reduce enemys Armor for 15 and it stucks 3 times what is reducing 45 Armor on your basic attacks what is realy cool becouse it stucks with Xin Zhao Passive Ability Challenge what is reducing enemys Armor for 15 % when you are focusing them and ofc dont forgot the runes it is bonus 25 Armor Penetration and our Masteries what gives us bonus 10 % Armor Penetration and bonus 6 Armor Penetration.
And final item is Guardian Angel. It gives 68 Armor and 38 magic resist what is tanky but in longer team fights It realy cool stucks with Ulty Crescent Sweep. And dont forget that it revives you back in life so if you are lucky you can get away and heal in jungle monsters or your closest lane minions. :))
When you buy all of those items at end just buy those Elixir of Fortitude, Elixir of Brilliance, Elixir of Agility and if you want you can buy Oracle's Elixir.
I think that this it is it for my Items Now lets get on skills.
I am opening all my skills at first 3 levels. Then I am maxing my Battle Cry. When you have that Attack Speed you are very op in early game. And ofc dont forget that Passove Ability What is healing every 3 attack on anything (turrets, minions, monsters and Inhibitors).
Every time when I can I upgrade my ulty Crescent Sweep.
Then you have your healing for longer sustain on lane you need more damage so you next max your Three Talon Strike.
And at the end you are maxing your Audacious Charge.
Now looks cool! :)
I can only say that Ignite is most important spell for killing enemys thats why I take it and I choose Ghost for important movement speed. It is better to use it in new TT map but if you dont feel good with Ghost you can take Flash.
