Fury is needed so you can get Krugs buff off faster and since your a duelist

Savagery you need since your 2 main damage spells are single target, and runic affinity since your a jungler

Recovery so you can stay in the jungle longer. Tough skin for the early jungle. Runic armor since your e heals you. Insight for the 255 flash cooldown. Swiftness so you can get to your targets with less fear of stuns. Strength of the ages for the free health when you kill big monsters.
