Unlike a traditional ADC champion like Miss Fortune or Vayne, you aren't going to be standing in place shooting an emeny over and over....SO GET THAT OUT OF YOUR HEAD!
TEEMO focuses on "HIT & RUN" Tactics:

* HIT & RUN Tactics:
- TEEMO has a very powerful "E" ability (which you should ALWAYS max first) which empowers all of his auto-attack shots to apply a DOT poison. In order to harass your lane enemy properly, you need to master the art of landing 1 good auto-attack, and RUNNING AWAY! If you build TEEMO as I have above, it will make you extremely fast, able to land those poison shots and stay out of harm's way. Make sure you're smart on when to HIT & RUN, and when to pursue.

Proper placement of Mushrooms is the KEY to turning the tide of a match in your team's favor. TEEMO often can soften a teamfight before it even begins with a few well placed Mushrooms. As a full AP TEEMO, your Mushrooms turn into Nuclear Fungus, ruining everyone's day...seriously, **** you TEEMO!

* PROPER PLACEMENT OF le FUNGAI:
- Think of Mushrooms as Wards, and place them accordingly. Think where an enemy champ will hide before a gank, or where they could flank you, and pop a Mushroom down. Also, Every and All CHOKEPOINTS get a Mushroom...All of them... When you're running along and you see a CHOKEPOINT, pop a Mushroom down.
YOU GET A MUSHROOM! YOU GET A MUSHROOM! EVERYONE GETS A MUSHROOM!!!!!
