How about using Tornado as a chain cc, with a AoE stun. Is a bit harder but as I said, it gives Janna a higher skill cap. Riot wants to reward players who charge up their tornado instead of insta-cast, and with this patch they made it a little more attractive.
If League of Legends is gay, then I am super****.

Soraka is still OP...I mean Faerie charm, absolutely 0 MP5 runes, I never went oom and kept my lane mate topped off on mana and health 95% of the time....
Lulu will probably receive a SLIGHT balance, reduce the early game AP she gives and split it with AD...So like 15 AP/10AD rank 1, something like that....Only real thing keeping Lulu from being a top support pick is that she can only give AP.... OT: I'm excited to possibly see Teemo in the bot lane...Maybe even AP mid...And picking him top lane will be even more ridiculous.

Pff, just practice Janna with charged tornado's. Imo, I don't think Tornado shouldn't be insta-cast all the time anyway. It gives Janna something more in-depth and higher skill cap.
Because nobody is stupid enough to get hit by a charged tornado. It's the exact reason I don't like AP Janna. Either you cast it instantly and feel bad because you're doing less damage, or you cast it late and risk a high chance of it missing.
It's a pretty clear cut nerf, I'm just wondering which support is next in the firing line. My bet's on Taric and Soraka, they haven't been nerfed in a while.
