Nasus is really strong jungler, I run him on 3's and his slow makes for power ganking. Also his ulty has really strong teamfight strength. Plus you can use his spirit fire to deny points really hard.
His Siphon Strike(Q) takes some focus to prevent missing by 5 hp but other then that he scales faster then Summoners Rift. On Summoners Rift I shoot to avg 10 bonus damage from his q every minute. 100 by min ten and so on. On TT I try for 15 a min, and in the small jungle its pretty easy. By the time you clear each minion with your Q the next camp is back.

Atm Nasus can do well versus most damage-focus tops if you know how to build and be calm. I find Cho one of the hardest lanes, tbh, he can heal my harass and gtfo if necessary, while simultaneously pushing for days and outsustaining me.
But jungle nasus is helluva fun.
