Morgana is FotM right now. I don't think she's OP, but she's very difficult to counter-pick, since her Black Shield counters mages so well.
Lee Sin might be a bit OP (I think he's balanced, just strong), but he's not an easy champion. He's not terribly hard, but it takes some practice to use all those spells at the right time in the right order. I think his jungle (base stats) might need a small nerf, I barely lose any health when I do my route.
I actually consider Brand to be a bit EZ mode right now. He's not unstoppable or anything, but I feel like when I mid against a Brand they can do terrible and still be even with me. I dodge like three of his spells and get hit by Conflagration and his stupid passive just burns off my health anyways. The couple nerfs in the last patch helped even him out a bit though.
Mordekaiser and Tryndamere (and Poppy to some extent) are great noob-stompers, but they can be shut down a lot easier in higher level games. A fed Morde or Trynd against a weak team comp inevitably wins though.
Talon and Akali are wicked strong when played well and fed a bit. Jax also gets way too tanky and can just right-click-to-win, but he can be countered if you don't completely feed him.
Anyway that's my 2 cents.

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!
Classic or Dominion?
I'm going to lean heavily on you asking for the "easiest" champion that may be considered OP.
If it's Classic, we all know it's Singed - Click R then E - Victory follows soon after
There's no champion simpler that can ensure victory. Even Amumu has to at least aim his skill shot Q.
If it's Dominion, Jax is the fiercest beast on the map. His leap strikes and counter strikes make him a true force to be reckoned with.
