Nerf Kha'Zix and Rebuff Rengar

He could easily spam his abilities and his [[savagery]] was on a relatively low cooldown. It also has an extremely strong AD scaling since it's total AD not bonus or base AD. That's why he was banned in most ranked games. [[kha'zix]] doesn't need a nerf. I agree that his damage output is insane but getting early game armor can shut him down easily. [[rengar]] is a lot stronger than [[kha'zix]]. I have yet to see a [[kha'zix]] beat me as [[rengar]].[/quote]
