I find it unplayable at about 150, and since im canadian, I hover at around 90. I can tell you it is a huge difference. Well, it's the small differences, such as the times you think you casted something but died anyway, and you were sure you casted it but it didn't go off, that was the few milliseconds of delay that caused that spell not to cast. If you have latency over 150, I suggest using smart casting, strongly suggest it.

As long as I'm below 200 I'm fine, but some maneuvers require below 100ping. I'm usually between 50 and 150.

competitively yes, over 100 ping is bad, especially on champions like alistar, blitzcrank, and champions with skills that need perfect timing to land (like morg's dark binding)

So, I get 180-220 ping on US and it's fine but what do you consider "unplayable ping"?
