It should get a range restriction though; maybe slightly larger than tf and panth since you can only port to allies.
Shen teleports to target champion, not location.
Pantheon and TF both had the better teleporting ultimate before they nerfed them.
Preventing Shen from being able to save any teammate based on location when his skill is specifically TARGET based would be a huge nerf. In fact it would be too much IMO. Right now his ult is right where it should be, if they wanted to nerf it they'd reduce the shield amount at all stages.

honestly i wish riot does nerf shen's ult. you can't have a champ that wins almost every lane and then give him one of the best ults in the game. Come on.

Am I the only one who read the change to Ryzes ult, like it changed the movement speed of his spells, not him...?
It doesn't say, 'and he gains _ MS'
It says 'He gets vamp, and his spells get AoE, and gain _ movement speed'
Then again it could just be worded bad. O.o
