I have a big question and i would just whant to know who is the best support for a 5vs5 team

There's no grand definition of who's best.
 Janna shields, CC's, slows and heals a little bit, while  Soraka on the other hand heals, refills mana, globally heals and can silence.
Holding on anger is like drinking poison, and expecting the other person to die

If yo were to put it as a a team fight of who can support the best through just utility and everyone is on the exact same skill level, I have to say
Soraka but I am biased with that as I like both, I just prefer her over Janna

there's no straight answer to that. the top tier supports are
Janna,  Sona, Soraka, and  Taric, but it really comes down to team composition. Practically any character with a heal can be played as a support, but some are more useful in certain teams than others. The 4 I mentioned are traditional support characters, but characters like  Nidalee,  Zilean, and  Karma can be played with more versatility while still supporting the team.

Generally,
Sona is the best because she's so easy to pick up and play. Other than that, Soraka and Janna are really great.

Supports are all different.
If you are super aggressive, Taric is probably the best support, Maybe Sona. If you are super chill, then Janna or Soraka are better. If you want to harass with little consequence, then Nidalee or Taric are probably your best bet. It all depends how you define "best support" Tri lane for life.

But the best tanky support is taric. I think the best pure healer is Soraka or Sona. Best in a team fight is Janna just due to her ult. |

Soraka has 10x better heals than sona. Taric's heals are a little behind Nidalee's, which are a little behind Soraka's. Janna is good for fight resets, Sona is good for initiation, or punishing someone that is out of position. Taric is more of an Aura Bot. Tri lane for life.
