Aileen, for lack of better words, is a b*tch. He has the ability to make the hero of his choice live twice in a team fight, and a speed skill. This possibly makes him the strongest support in LoL. Any hero that kills the carry, will have to do so twice, before being focused by the enemy team. It's nearly impossible. As adonikam said, imagine Chauster on corki. It's hard enough killing him once. Good luck doing it twice.

A champion is defined by ratio of skills.

Time Warp and Chrono Shift - SUPPORT
Time Bomb - Offense
Rewind - Utility.

Support > Offense = Zilean is a support.

If he argues further, tell him to take a statistics class. :)
