I checked his activity list, and he hasn't really been chain downvoting anything, nor do you have proof that it's his intention to do so.. When you got comment to vote, you will get these comments. You're jumping conclusions because he's got a

As been said here by vets, i as a mod also agree with them.
This is an obvious downvote, but the user didnt want to or didnt have any idea to express why he did downvote the guide.

He has his own Vlad guide, you can see for yourself. This kind of thing really is obnoxious. I welcome legitimate down votes, but come on, this kind of **** is ridiculous. Can you just make it so you can't up OR down vote a guide if you have a guide of that same champ? Maybe it would be hard but I'm just thinking out loud. At least it would stop people from trying to boost their own guide by chain DVing every other guide of the same champion.
