Weird popup

I get this popup every time I open the homepage of Mobafire now. I've clicked Cancel each time (since I don't know what it is) and nothing bad happens or anything. It still pops up every time I go back to the homepage though, which gets annoying.

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it? I realize that omekaprime is the ROTT site, but I've never gone there or made an account, nor have I encountered this popup before.
