So basically you want me to spoon-feed you what you should do. I'm sorry but I am out. I've mentored tons of people in the past and you're the first one that cannot even just normally ask me questions. I do also have my own life and I won't spend hours and hours every day into helping you only where there are others who need my help just as much and DO cooperate with the way I work.

Understanding what you don't understand is step one of improvement. If you try to find out what you don't really understand by yourself, you will become a lot wiser than you would be if someone else told you what you are doing wrong :P
