Seems interesting. I shall read it when I have the chance:) Finishing up my Essay then off to bed lol. Are you a writer yourself?
You should!
I've only made one proper short story, though I've been meaning to submit it to a few magazines for a while now but keep forgetting. I did read it on the radio once, though. My Computing teacher is (oddly) a published Sci-Fi author (my English teacher directed me to him) who has a few books, who gets paid to give writers advice. He gave me a few pointers and advised me to try and get it published.
I always lack inspiration or base of a story. Once I get one, I can write for hours. Getting an idea for a good story addles me more than anything.
Haha:) I can agree with you on the difficulty of finding inspiration or a base for a story. The topics my teacher gave us to do for this essay were quite bad, hard to find inspiration to write on such garbage topics. 2 of the topics were: "Mother" and the other was "winter". I mean really? Could they give anything more boring for someone to want to write about? Winter wouldn't be to bad but she said that unless you give an extremely original descriptive essay about it, she shall be bored to tears. What a chop.
Anyway:) You really should publish it, or even post it in this thread:D then we can all read it lol.

"I also am Otherkin. Whenever autumn rolls around I can feel my kin-type slowly taking over my body. You must know, I identify as pumpkin. I can control it pretty good most of the time, but when September ends, I just cant hold it in anymore. Whenever Im outside I see my brothers and sisters being chopped into soup, coffee, donuts, cake, drinks, bread - ppl even cut human faces into their skin, making a mockery out of their noble appearance. When I see things like that I cant control my pumpkin urges anymore. My natural instincts kick in. I then sit down motionless, while getting bright orange." - Morgana L
