"SJW" is just an awful meme people use as an excuse to troll. There's nothing wrong with fighting for equality but it's pretty clear that these people are bullies that use the SJW tag as their weapon of choice.
That said, I share the hate on this stuff. I really hope something can be made on tumblr's side to ban this kind of behaviour.

I agree that SJW is just a blanket excuse that makes trolling look benign in circumstances like this. The lack of accountability and strong repercussions for doing such things over the internet is a lot of why people do it in the first place. Outside of websites HEAVILY cracking down on this type of behavior I don't see many options to combat it because of the nature of the internet being intangible.
I might just be too cynical though.

Spoken like somebody that truly doesn't have a clue what it actually means.
The term is used ironically. These people believe that they are fighting for the greater good (social justice), or at least claim to, while in reality they are doing the very opposite.

2) I think it's extremely horrible to say "a trans-woman is not a woman, she is a trans-woman". I'll assume you're saying this from a medical perspective, but it's still pretty horrible to deny a trans person of their identity - or singling them out by using "trans" as a prefix - when they've done all they could to embody said identity;
Regarding the original issue:
I'm pretty disgusted at everything, basically, and I couldn't bear to watch her video until the end. No one has the right to drive a person into that and, even if the online thing wasn't the main thing to drive her to that point, I'm pretty sure it damn well didn't help.
