The lack of accountability and strong repercussions for doing such things over the internet is a lot of why people do it in the first place. Outside of websites HEAVILY cracking down on this type of behavior I don't see many options to combat it because of the nature of the internet being intangible. I might just be too cynical though.[/quote]
