I have 600+ ranked games on Udyr so my best advice on Kindred is:
If you initiate the fight you will win. If you can invade her and wait in a bush she will be way under 50% before she can react (bear stun + tiger or Phoenix). (I always tank phoenix for jungle, for the clear speed and ability to pressure lanes)
Regardless of build path you should have Bear stance by level for the stun --- your ganks are more effective by a huge margin until Kindred gets fed.
Try to predict, or just ward to find her invading, then wait for her to walk by or start a camp --- then hit her.
I like to hit Kindreds' on their own blue.
Hide in the bush, ward the other side and wait.. .Hit Tiger as soon as you see her, switch to bear --- stun + you still have the attack speed buff up, then phoenix. Everytime I do that I get the kill or she flashes away.
On build --- if your team has no tanks I got Chill + Green jungle item. If my team is fairly tanky, I go Chill + Sated jungle item. Tri-force is standard build as first item after jungle item --- then build full tank. Your job is to push lanes, peel, absorb damage and try to get kills in 1v1's.

I used to care about KDA, now I care about CS and Objectives.
Back in the old days before tank meta which is slowly going away i would take teleport and if i was ahead id buy mobos maybe homegaurd just so i could pressure lanes really well and most of the time noone expects a udyr with mobo jomegaurds to come out of a bush after someone saw him back
Anyone help with ADC? really need to learn it.

I used to be able to play every champ effectively in gold-plat now everything i used to do nolonger works. I need a new build for vi. And udyr jungle. And how do i keep the kindreds from invadeing constantly. I cant take kindred jg. She allways invades and nearly immpossible for me to do anything about it.
Disclaimer: I'm not an avid Udyr or Vi player, but I do jungle a lot and these builds should be good even if they aren't perfectly optimal.
Vi -
Udyr -
You could also try Enchantment: Devourer on Udyr if you're going Phoenix or Enchantment: Warrior if you're going Tiger. I would favor Cinderhulk or Devourer.
Of course you can always make adjustments to the defensive items based on the enemy damage threats. Randuin's Omen is more defensive than Dead Man's Plate and protects better against crits. Locket of the Iron Solari is still good but it's more supportive and not as strong when you're building to carry.
If you get ahead of Kindred you should be able to chase and fight her when you catch her invading, especially with those two junglers. Put wards down in river and a pink ward in the bush by your raptors (touching the red buff wall). You should have a good idea of when she enters your jungle even if you can't always stop her. Your teammates should collapse to stop an invade when possible.

If you're getting invaded then ward. Ward ward ward and you'll never get invaded if you play it right. Like what others have said, the only reason ranged people beat you is because they kite you. If you jump them they lose the trade instantly. Then again, Kindred is ridiculously braindead so I'm not sure if this actually works on her.
totally agreed!

As I said I'm not an avid player of either, but I think the HP build scales quite a bit better than going warrior-dmg or warrior-tank. I never really liked high damage Vi builds, just felt like a mediocre version of Rengar, Noc or Kha'Zix.
