Well tbh you should be flattered that matchmaking thinks you're worthy of fighting level 30s, it means your above the skill level expected at your level (or the level 30 is just ******ed)

Heh, we kind of decided to think of it in this way. Though the problem is mainly not in the fact that they are skilled (they definitely are, but nothing we can't handle). The problem is in the fact that they seem to deal considerably more damage, and are much more tanky.

It's slightly hard to believe that tier 3 runes together with full masteries could produce that big of an impact, but it seems like they do.

Runes and masteries are very early game. Late Game you should be roughly equal, especially as you'll be 21 in a mastery tree anyway.

Thanks to The Nameless Bard and Vavena for the sigs!

The builds they are using is probably the reason why.

Levels make a big early game difference. Late game, not so much. Perhaps it is simply because you are playing on a map that has a shorter game that it seems to have more of an impact. Perhaps its just a fit of bad luck. You'll overcome it, I'm positive. :)

P.S. Teemo OP on TT

Most likely. Typically the match ends before anyone is even lvl18. I've noticed that when I come across lvl30s in the Summoner's Rift, they become far less powerful towards late game. Though, because of the early game advantage they have, it may be quite difficult to lane against them. They also become fed much quicker.

@P.S: I agree wholeheartedly. I'm literally making the enemy ragequit. Love my little hamster squirrel. :)
